What's the difference? Sounds like 2105 us a newly released TSB.Just got my truck back after taking it in for the rear light bar and told them about the android auto/sync issues I've been having. Instead of doing TSB 25-2048 they followed TSB 25-2105.
Sounds like they did the right thing. Welcome to the Lightning and to the forum.Thought I would add my current experience with getting the dealer to handle this. I bought my truck used from the dealer and picked it up 3/10. After a week of no updates I found this thread about the TSB and decided to give the dealer a call to see what they could do on 3/18. The next appointment wasn't until 3/25. From the time of setting up the appointment until the actual appointment I ended up getting the 6.4.0 and 6.8.0 updates but those updates are still way behind the latest so I didn't cancel the appointment. They had warned me that it could take 6 hours to do the updates but I elected to wait since I can work from almost anywhere. After 6 hours they told me they were having issues and would need to keep the vehicle until tomorrow. They set me up with a loaner for the night and called noonish on 3/26 saying they had completed the updates. When I got in they mentioned they had killed the 12 volt battery, even though they claimed they had learned the hard way previously on other vehicles and had it on a charger. Either way, I walked out with what appears to be the 10.x version of the display and a brand new battery at no charge to me. Other than the minor inconvenience of working from the dealership for the day I'm going to call it a win based on others horror stories.
Thanks, I'm coming off a 2017 Chevy Bolt which guaranteed I would never go back to gas. Nice to have a vehicle that actually fits me though!Sounds like they did the right thing. Welcome to the Lightning and to the forum.

Not sure what the difference is, the sheet just says that they updated all modules per the tsb. The 2106 on the Mach-e forum was the only close reference I could find too.The mach-E forum is calling this (or theirs) 25-2106.
I am also in Northern VA - which dealer? I’ve had issues with 1 of the local Ford dealers and the other doesn’t seem to know/care about EVs.I already had an appointment for something else tomorrow morning. I called my service advisor and asked if they could also do the TSB and I was told yes. I am in Northern Virginia.
