Vehicle Software Update History Now Available in Your Ford Account

Sometimes the database gives erratic information, does the software updates screen in Fordpass show you most recent update? Is that activity less than 90 days from today?

BTW, it's malfunctioning again this evening ..... Ford Servers...... issue, maybe Santa will give them a data center for Christmas

The link in post 1 is working for me, I can see my 12/4/2024 update at the moment.

I just tried it again and it did work this time. Everything listed in the past 3 months ( 5 updates) matches my records except, 6.14.0. which is listed as an update I have received on 12/8. I don't have any record of it in Ford pass or in the truck. However I do see some of the items listed in update description in the truck ( I have a brightness +/- control ). I just wish they could expand the 90 day to the life of the vehicle.

When I logged into my ford.com account today looks like my dashboard changed and the software history is missing. There’s a tab for it, but when I click on the tab it only has information about setting up automatic updates.

Use the link in the OP. Not sure why FORD removed the link history from the software updates page, but www.ford.com/support/software-update-release-notes-history still works.

I haven't been able to login to my Ford account for over a month now. My FordPass app works on my phone, but a PC, phone and tablet just get the eternal spinning wheel using both Chrome and Edge browsers. I've cleared cache and cookies, but same issue. Anyone else having this issue?

Make sure you're not using some outdated bookmark.

works for me. It will redirect to a signin page that seems pretty specific
