I have a 2024 Flash and I just got a set of snow tires installed on the 64H rims. The truck came with 275/60R20 tires and the plate on the door says to inflate to 42PSI. The new tires are 265/70R18. I can't find any good general advise on what pressure to run, short of doing a chalk test. What do people typically run on their winter tires with 18" rims?

On the side of the tire close to the tire size should be a number similar to 116T SL or 114S SL. The SL is the load rating for the tire which also defines what pressure is recommended for the tire.
If the tire is an LT tire, it will have the words Load Rating followed by a letter. Usually a C or D for this size of vehicle.
SR tires generally use 35psi to 40psi.
XR tires will be 40psi to 50psi.
You will need to verify your own tire brand and size. The inflations I used are for Bridgestone.

You want enough pressure in the tire to maintain its shape with the load applied.

Standard tires have about a 45psi max inflation(see sidewall for yours) Lt tires could be over 60 psi max.

The rim diameter is irelleveant, the stock 18s came out with what Imo is too low a pressure, especially for a heavy ev. I would start at 40psi.

You'll know by looking at tire wear. Worn out in the middle=too high, edges worn out=too low.

Thanks all! These are SL rated tires. I'll start with 40PSI and see how that goes.
