Where are the replacement adapters???

Ford wanted our addresses updated by 10/24 and said they would be shipping “soon.”

It’s now 11/14 and still nothing from Ford. We’re rapidly approaching holiday travel season and they don’t want anyone using the defective adapters but aren’t sending out the replacements. Come on, Ford. Get your together.

I just received an email from Ford saying my replacement adapter has been shipped. My original order number was 1063. I don’t know whether or not that’s relevant as they may not be shipping out the replacements in same sequence as the originals.

Nice! I was 4520 so maybe mine will ship in December

I was tired of waiting and ordered a SuperTap from TeslaTap. I used it Yesterday and it worked great. Plug-N-Play I will just sell my Ford adapter when / if I receive it.

I just got an email confirmation that my replacement adapter has shipped via FedEx. It's listing part VRK9Z10E805A which looks to map to the original adapter.
