Which Tesla adapter would you recommend?

Unfortunately I don't have direct access to this data. only Ford customer service can answer questions.

My wife called Ford support about this, and they were clueless.

Correct, hence a lot of threads from frustrated recent buyers of trucks looking for alternate adapters.

Sorry, I can't help, seems the social media contacts I had haven't come forward with any updates about the distribution of replacement adapters, nevermind a progress report about the free adapters many of you all are also waiting for.

Seems like there are plenty of threads from frustrated buyers who haven’t received their free adapters yet. I’m happier having been promised nothing and just buying the A2Z product.

Lectron is currently contracted to make the new Ford adapter. Just picked one up during their holiday sale. Readily available and arrived quickly. Purchased for less than the cost of Ford’s online offering. Tried it yesterday and truly plug and play at a Tesla supercharger. Really good stuff!

So I just picked up my new 2024 Flash on Thursday and so far love it. But I’d like to have the option to charge it at a Tesla station. Mine did not come with an adapter.
Any recommendation on which adapter I should purchase? Thanks.

An OEM certified adapter - Tesla apparently "prohibits" anything but one they have certified, so either one from Tesla or one from Ford, or perhaps any other Tesla partner.

Use anything else, and if something goes wrong, bye, bye warranty.

TaxmanHog, my Ford adapter was recalled. I made sure the address was correct in my account. And I've heard nothing from Ford about when the replacement should arrive. Two questions, if I may. 1. Do you have any word on the status of the replacement adapters? 2. If need be, can I still use the original one? (I almost needed to on a trip to Maine Friday.) Thanks (and thanks for all you do on this forum.)

I would use the original adapter for now. I did until my replacement adapter showed up. I'm still here in one piece
