So I decided not to do a level on the truck for a few reasons. But my original wheel and tire setup that I wanted to do was a zero offset wheel with a 285 70 r18.

Will I have any rubbing issues without the level?

FWIW I just put on LT295/70r18 AT3's on 18x9.5 +20 (they sit 20mm inside your fender more than your proposed setup), and it rubs the crash bars when backing up at about half lock. Honestly, sounds like your setup will be similar and I could run stock suspension for ever and it's not a huge issue. Good luck!

I decided to go with a 275 70 r18. On a 18x9 wheel with a positive 10 offset. The 285 70 r18 on a +10 would have had a good chance or rubbing and I didn't want to take the chance.
I went to open country at/3 EV. Toyo came out with a EV version of the tires for us. Seems cool and made sense to go with them vs the regular at/3.
