Power Supply mode is not maintaining the voltage, switching to 20 amp charge will get him back to where he needs to be. 11.6v is dangerously low...
You can switch it to 20 amp power supply if he’s using the Solar charger.

I have an XLT 302A package with copilot 360 assist... "No Bluecruise" could these updates for CCM, IPMA and PSCM be erroneous and causing non blue cruise truck updates some of the issues we are seeing during updating? I have not tried them since some on here have been seeing failure. I did my IPC update several weeks ago without any issues. I tried as many had with the GSM update that does not clear. The ACM update does not apply to my truck and not sure why it is there. I did try to update but I do not have the sub, so it backs me out of upgrade. I thought I complete the PSCM update when I did my IPC, DDM, PDM updates a couple of weeks ago., but is back.

He is... the Solar unit has 2 parts, a charger/maintainer and a power supply. The definition as we spoke about earlier is just that, a power supply and yes it maintains voltage but this unit can't compensate for the current draw doing these updates in that mode...

He probably started with a battery that wasn’t fully charged. You need to take your time. Start the session with a fully charged battery. If it isn’t, wait until it is. But I agree that now that he’s sitting below 12v, you might have to do something different. Might. But at this low a voltage, the charger might already be at it’s limit.

Before we go any further, what device are you using?
I have been using a VCM 2 Clone that I have had with my old 2002 F150 on IDS. Firmware is updated to the latest 1.01.16 from fords download server. It shows in FDRS as a VCM2

But I agree that now that he’s sitting below 12v, you might have to do something different. Might. But at this low a voltage, the charger might already be at it’s limit.
I'm trying to find their engineering docs on the unit so for now the safest bet is charger/maintainer mode at 20 amps. I'm going to reach out to them this week and talk with them....

Take a look at the Opus video I attached above. In addition, as we discussed this morning, the Mach-e folks have been down this road already and they are insistent that power supplies are the way to go.

I started off at 12 volts Now Im down to 11.3 I dont know what to do. Im at 75% complete

I started off at 12 volts Now Im down to 11.3 I dont know what to do. Im at 75% complete
Are your battery/chassis connections good? Does the error light blink on the charger?
