Let's all hope that all of the accepted orders will actually be built. I hope that they would not accept an order if they were not going to be able to build it. This is particularly concerning since the builds have not been scheduled in wave order. It would be particularly poor form to have a Jan 6 accepted order not get built and gave a Feb 3rd order get delivered to a customer. I don't think that this will happen, but with the supply situation I just hope that it does not work out that way.

I think that went out the window as soon as they started scheduling. As a Jan 6 order, I think anything is game at this point. The first wave of scheduling basically reset my expectations that early order = early delivery.

An article referenced May for anticipated resumption retail dealer allocations for F150 due to 37 vendors not supplying commodities timely. Think it was automotive news IIRC, but don't know how, or if, this relates to custom F150L orders. Don't want to spread misinformation, so please do your own research. Here's the headline from the article https://www.autonews.com/nada/ford-...late-may-100000-units-lost-suppliers-struggle

Ford pushing back dealer allocations until late May; 100,000 units lost as suppliers struggle to deliver parts
Company says 37 suppliers failed to provide parts as scheduled; Ford forecasts 1.66M retail sales in 2022 as dealer inventories suffer.

I'd like to say I'm optimistic about today, but I have this feeling of dread.

I just want a build date... even if it may change, just so I know it's part of the spring / early summer deliveries.

Dear Ford,
It's 10:30am in Dearborn, MI. On behalf of the extremely patient folks here we want to say thank you for your hard work.

We understand your work day started at 9:00am. It's possible the coffee machine was broken and you patiently walked to the other side of building to get your cup of Joe. On the way back, you ran into Susie, and her son's college acceptance is truly worth celebrating

Unfortunately, that story now caused you to be late in your day and it's now 9:30am and you haven't logged in. Being a diligent worker you hurried to do so only to discover the IT department. Ugh, always the IT department messed something up. You can't get on. So you had to call the help desk. 10 minutes you waited on hold. Ridiculous, am I right? Another 15 before they made you just reboot the stupid thing. 5 to reset the password and FINALLY. You're in.

It's been a rough morning, and it's only 10am. We've all been there. You're now out of coffee, grab yourself another cup. We understand. Again, we're a patient bunch. Back to the other side, another cup, and this time. Joe. We know Joe here too on the forums. He distracted you and just kept going on and on about how excited he was to be working there.

After escaping from Joe, it's now 10:30am, back at your computer. Logged in and finally ready to work. Go ahead, take that sigh. Take that deep breadth and finally start your day.

Again, I just want to say we appreciate you. We understand you. And as someone who is understanding, appreciative, and patient. I just want to say.....it's 10:35am. Why hasn't my truck been scheduled yet?!?! I've been sitting here refreshing it since 8am!!!!

Please remember the many first day reservation holders who didn't get an order invite :(

With that said, congrats and I hope you get scheduled soon!

1:04pm and not a peep from anyone on the forum. Can't be a good sign...

Reading this as someone who had a 2021 Bronco Order accepted 15 months ago which was converted to a 2022 and still has no build date in sight.
