I think you're onto something, in tracking 9 other VIN's for the 5/2 build week, the two who have spray in bed liner have xxx/194 in the header, while 7 others with out a liner are xxx/447
Mine has a bedliner and it's 116/194 - 5/2 build week.

This makes some sense, they [194] are probably sprinkled in with the primary run for as many as the body-shop can handle each week and not create a severe backlog in the post production holding pen.

Sounds like San Diego is getting good allotment #'s. My dealer mentioned at least 10 allotments (that converted) assigned to them. This is when I spoke to them near wave 3.

Yeah, I transferred to KM the day I ordered after Fritts Ford tried to sneak $3k markup and then said it was mistake, they wanted $5k

I haven't figured out the 4th spot. I have Lariat-ER with max tow, but have a "V".
On the window sticker it says 8400# GVWR PACKAGE, so the "V" matches that.
Just not sure what drives the GVWR up.
Looking at all the available VIN's on the forum, the common element is indeed, the use of All-Terrain tires, they derate the GVWR by 150 pounds, regardless of the presence of Max Tow Package!!!!

All trucks with base All-Season Tires can carry 150# more.

Folks in Mass, please review your build sheet, if you have All-Terrain tires, and you show a GVWR of 8400#, consider deleting the tire option, go with stock All-Season through the build, this will bump your GVWR to a level that will qualify you (Tentatively) for the MOR-EV-TRUCK rebate.

@broncoaz Your truck is Pro/SR it's too light to qualify regardless

I hope for all you people that got converted to the 194 builds for your spray in bedliners that you don't get delayed like I did last year with my 21 F-150. I had a $3,000 rebate from Ford that was going to expire on March 31st, I barely made it in that I bought the truck on March 29th. That bed liner delayed my truck 3 and 1/2 weeks.

It might delay it… and that’s fine by me. It will show up just how I want it
I didn't put mine on there because I can't wait. I sold my F-150 in November and bought another car for my son who couldn't drive yet at the time, but now he's driving since late March and we are sharing the car. So it's a real pain in the ass. That's why I didn't order the bedliner.

I had a different experience with the Spray-In, mine was not delayed. Built May21 delivered June 21

Me thinks Mr. Farley might have told their spray-in partner to prioritize Lightnings.
