Is anyone having trouble logging in to the shop.ford vehicle order tracking page? I can't get past the initial page at all.

It performs poorly on the weekend, should get back to normal during the business week.
It took me quite a while to scan the VIN's this morning!!

Your Ford Account will show "In Production" until the order tracker is update to built it should then show "Built". I don't think anyone in our build week has a built status yet.

This is the point where the Ford Motorcraft website has the Truck's computer modules recognized as active. It means your truck is assembled and alive and someone in Dearborn has driven it off the production line. I checked the web link on your VIN and you have Modules and a Tear Tag.

I then went to your window sticker and found your WBDO order number (5316).

Put that into the Ford order tracker with your VIN like this:

And the tracker shows In Production (same as the rest of us from 5/30)

If you get obsessed about your Lightning then you will start checking all of these multiple times per day. If you are not obsessed then you'll check your Ford account occasionally and wait for that email from Ford telling you your Lightning is Built, Shipped or arriving at the Dealer.

Or alternatively, you can let @TaxmanHog do all of his checking daily and keep an eye out to see when other 5/30 build weeks start seeing Built status action.

Thanks for the information, added you to My version of the tracker, you went into production on 6/13, you do have modules and a tear-tag, now waiting on BUILT status date!!

I to am waiting for the CAFCU Loan Office (B. Sanchez) to follow up with my Lightning loan application. They're a couple of days late on their 24-48 hours follow up.

She left her office number to call her back, so I'll call later if I don't receive an email or call from her.

Update: Closed today, Monday in observance of the new Federal Holiday.

Baby steps. The image of my Atlas Blue XLT is now displaying on my Ford Pass App.

The activation step of my Ford Pass App still ends with an error but I don't expect someone to be in my truck to activate it.

Anyone receive this when trying to view their window sticker from the tracker? I know the third party order tracker shows the sticker, but this makes me wonder if there are further updates to come? I do have a spray on bed liner on my order…

I just seen another members sticker with an invoice date change to today, I HOPE it's a clue that some more folks are about to get SHIPPED status updates!!

You are still waiting for Built status though.....
