I have the scales and smart hitch but it says unavailable when I hit activate. Wait till delivery.
I thought the scales function isn’t there unless you have a fully activated truck. Anyway, since I am trying to pickup the Platinum, I have 1196 lines. Not sure if I am missing any though…Yes, early morning on 6/20 with 1147 lines, increasing to 1154 later that morning. The truck also shows on my Ford Pass app, though no one has accepted . Interestingly, the only service showing available on the app is “WiFi”, not the “Onboard Scales“ others are seeing.

I think your correct…I think we are on hold despite what I was told In yesterday’s Ford chat. I think I now understand the inconsistent message problem….I think the chat and phone agents are sometimes rephrasing the message/info that pops up on their screens, inadvertently truncating critical parts...different people giving us different portions. Attached is a copy of the transcript from my chat today that Gave me both sides of what I’ve seen/heard in 3 previous contacts.I have the same setup, maybe we're waiting for a part that makes the other function work?

You may have more lines with the extra features….I think I’ve seen othe posts from Platinum owners saying they had 1196 lines and 1154 from those with Lariats……I thought the scales function isn’t there unless you have a fully activated truck. It won't let me activate, says feature unavailable. Blend 6/9 124 of 425 I believe, in production 6/17, nothing further. In CA so shipping embargo should be interesting.…and yours is not activated? I’m in a later build, but makes me wonder why mine isn’t moving along. Maybe I am in chip hold.

Thanks..i just clicked on the the link i posted and it says "oops! File not found". It does take me to the homepgae but I don't know where to go from there. However #471 on tab 32 (thanks @TaxmanHog) has a link and it worked. However, no new modules in the past few days. Not sure if I (we) are in chip holdage or not...new word i just coined..lol..@WFordKid I just checked and it worked.
I tried it …. It shows my truck is scheduled to be delivered by the referenced trucking company ….and, my reply to the poster…..Mine arrived in Richmond on the 22nd as well. Yesterday, I was driving through Richmond and decided to stop by the railyard out of curiosity. It was at a distance, but I saw 6-8 trucks I'm pretty sure were Lightnings.
I also saw a number of auto carrier trucks. Most of them were United Road. United Road has a website a helpful website: https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt. You can do a search by VIN to see if your truck was delivered by them. Mine has.
I expect we should see our trucks very soon.
Wow, I inputted my 6/10 Blend, 6/20 InProduction VIN and it showed my truck is scheduled to be delivered by them to my dealer….even though, as of today, all of the tracker sites and Ford Customer Service/Chat are telling me its still “In Production” offsite at the Body Department.
Well, at least the logistics folks are planning ahead!
