The auto-cars are configured for two high loading instead of 3 that smaller sedans can fit into.

I think it takes them time to load up multiple strings of these cars, many hours to a couple days then attaching the auto-cars in a sequence so they spend little time disconnecting a set of them along to travel route assuming they have multiple stops along the route, (central PA, eastern Pa), (mid-state NY, eastern-NY, mid-state-CT), Northern-NY Central-Mass) and similarly in southern & western runs.

I'm hoping the eastern run to New England has not departed yet so they can load my truck today or Sunday, if not then I'm waiting on the next run.

My truck is going to Newark and then getting loaded onto a transport to hear to long island... So hopefully is in one of these shipments....

There are quite a few routes it can take, along with what was the origin rail yard. For example, with New Boston, I believe it would need to go to Walbridge, OH. Based on the schedule, I see it pretty much departing nearly 4PM every day, except for Friday.

One thing to note though, its not like Google Maps, or even Map Quest. You need to specify every path. I wish I can say, go from New Boston, MI to Twin Oaks, PA... but nope you can't.

So my truck hasn’t reported back anything since 7/6@8:20pm. I tried to unlock the doors to have it wake up and report its position but it never worked. Starting to think it may be either loaded on a transport (and can’t get signal) or has been put in some kind of transport mode that keeps it from waking up.

Do you get an error? How long has it been since it was last driven?

No error, just never finished to unlock the doors. The last time it was driven was 7/6@2:26pm

I can't get mine to respond either...since 07/05 2:30 pm but tracker sites are still saying In Production...and Canada Ford I don't believe sends out updated emails...so just hoping...maybe...tracker sites update Monday !!!

I was happy when my truck moved from the Ford area to New Boston on the 6th. I figured it’s checked in and all good to go waiting to be put on a auto rail. Then around 9:30am yesterday (July 8th), I got an alert that the doors opened. I thought this was it, and it’s being loaded. Nothing happened, and thought maybe they were just looking at the car. A bit later from there, I noticed my SoC dropped by 1%. So I refreshed the location and it was moved more towards the front of the rails. I also noticed on the VVR it was formally checked-in. Before that, I don’t think they had any idea it even existed in the lot. So I have no idea when it will load at this point. I am in the 6/13 build week, so technically you should get yours before me.

I have been looking at ways and procedures of loading a rail car, and it seems to go by how long you been at that location waiting, type of vehicle, and destination. Yes, that seems to help, but I have yet to figure out those large parking lanes. They fit 10 vehicles, and usually that’s the minimum they would carry, depending on the levels of the autocar and what vehicle is being loaded. Does it by by order - first in, first out, etc?

Do you suppose we will be able to still see gps tracking when they are on the train?

I doubt it... metal interferes with GPS signals.

Happy to report a "Shipped" email received early Saturday morning at 0449h.

Assuming it travels the same path as all the other vehicles headed to my dealer, it is on its way to Twin Oaks CSX-Ramp.

Unfortunately, I cannot get either of the trackers to provide any status. Last estimated delivery was between 19-JUL-22 an‍d 25-JUL-22 and that was with the "Built" email. Appears to still be on track for this window.

FYI to all, the orders database is offline so the links to SHOP.FORD are not returning results, you will get this error.

first went to zone lighting, at to it says connected via cellular with current date and time.

when doors don’t appear to respond I logout of app. Log back in and they respond.

other odd behavior: not sure why some see scales. I don’t. Some days it won’t update unless i force. Last few days I go back to screen it will say last updated Xx minutes ago - seems almost hourly. 2 more days before I hit 14 days - which it may go into deep sleep mode. Don’t know if waking everyday will prevent that.

to refresh didn't work...then deleted truck and will not reaccess truck keep getting email from Ford saying access not authorized. Ford Pass says to contact them I'll contact them tomorrow...

Wait hold the phone!!!! The tracker worked on MS Edge for me and I just got this: No emails or anything from Ford but this is saying it shipped. Is there away to find out the tracking information? My window sticker said it was going to ship on a convoy. I think that is a car carrier truck.

I may have spoke to soon. The car tracker app showed this but when I track through the Ford track order email when we placed the order it still shows as in production. Not sure whats going on now.
