FWIW, I think I narrowed down why some of us are behind on the timeline. I found 3 trucks (mine included) that had Sync4 hardware modules installed a good amount of time after the blend date. My blended 8/12 and had a hardware install on the 31st. Another build on the 19th had a hardware install on the 31st as well. One other on the 19th first had an install on 8/6. The trucks that breezed through had software and hardware all on the build day or day after. Just a fyi for future build weeks.

Called the number, you need a PIN number to progress to trace.
Oh sorry, when I called I pressed 1 for English then said "trace", said 1 for the number of equipment to track. It asked for my equipment number and I put in my rail car, then it said not found which I presume was cause I'm on NS.

For BNSF:

I called and after pushing a lot of random numbers and entering my "PIN" several times, was actually able to speak to a representative (super nice guy). He informed be BNSF will not share any tracking or trace or location info without being a registered customer. I, as an individual, cannot register and my business has no business with shipping or logistics, so they declined my application.

So it comes down to asking Ford for trace info, since they can access it, or if someone happens to be a customer of BNSF through their work and is willing to check.

All of that info is pretty much what I already found on the internet, but it's still the case now. I'm pretty sure I would have wasted less of BNSF's time and resources if they'd just give the trace info like several other carriers do.
So how much more does @Ford Senior Master need to learn before he gets certified as a logistics specialist?

I sure hope not. It's 78 miles away, straight shot, no obstacles, no junctions, minimal elevation. A couple of bridges, but I don't think any of them are draw. If it coasts as a comfortable 20-25 mph, it's 3-4 hours max.

It doesn't matter though, just found out this morning I need to fly out, which means there's a near zero chance for me to pick up the truck in August now as I'm only home for about 24 hours between next Thurs and Fri before I fly out again. Earliest I can pick up the truck after that is probably Sept 9th.
Left Baltimore at 9:46am, earlier than I expected. For some reason it's still not scheduled to arrive until Sunday. Must be traveling 1mph.

Edit:
I don't know whether to be excited or anxious or if it even matters. Realistically the train should be pulling into Twin Oaks now if it hasn't already. The tracker still says it's heading there (maybe the status is delayed?)

I just checked United Road, there was 4 cars sitting there for about a week now, pending pickup with no scheduling. They just moved from Individual to Load Child, which means they are scheduled for pickup. Once that happens, I've noticed pickup occurs the same day or latest the next day.

So that means there is a CHANCE that the truck is at my dealer tonight.
On the flip side, there's a chance I miss that truck load and it'll be a week before another truck comes, which means I def won't take delivery until I'm back from my trip.

That's quite a swing. I can't decide if I'm optimistic Yellow Buddy or pessimistic Yellow Buddy right now.

Well...the 4 cars are now "In Route" while mine shows "Inactive" still on United Road.

What's interesting is a new status from CSX that I haven't heard before.
My railcar was "constructively placed"..."at 2:00pm and there is no ETA available"

"Constructive placement is when CSXT, due to any condition attributable to the consignor or consignee, delivers the cars but cannot place them in a position to be immediately loaded or unloaded"

So I'm pretty sure I just go back into my hole now.

They are going to make us wait until everyone the group has at least shipped. Mine is still siting about 10 miles from the yard.

I'm still chilling in Blue Island, IL. Truck probably wanted to catch a Cubs game. Hope no popcorn got spilled.
Mines still there too. I think in left field.

So I'm actually not sure how it will work, I've heard one you get out on BNSF, it's basically a black box until you get to the destination years. What I don't know, is if you get a "Leaving Blue Island" status or if the last status is Received at Junction Point.
