Well...the 4 cars are now "In Route" while mine shows "Inactive" still on United Road.

What's interesting is a new status from CSX that I haven't heard before.
My railcar was "constructively placed"..."at 2:00pm and there is no ETA available"

"Constructive placement is when CSXT, due to any condition attributable to the consignor or consignee, delivers the cars but cannot place them in a position to be immediately loaded or unloaded"

So I'm pretty sure I just go back into my hole now.

Constructively placed is the nice way of saying...we don't really have a place to put you so we stuck you in a corner some where.

No. I think two people in Michigan already got theirs.

I would avoid calling and talking to real person. These guys may get tired of getting phone calls from people like us, and change system which will make harder for future owners tracking their vehicles

I get it, but they're not making it "easier" either. Not sure what we'd have to lose by calling. That said, I'm not putting energy into BNSF unless someone has access and is going to share info or lookup for us.

Ford chat is still the best option for BNSF people as of now.
