NEED MAJOR HELP!!!
I was just told after spending an hour on the phone with ford that my truck has a “compatibility issue” which has prevented my truck from being built since day 1. All the times I have called Ford this is the first time I’m being told this. The two items on my order cashing a problem are the smart hitch and onboard scales (2 items I really didn’t even care to have in the first place). The dealer is insisting they cannot remove just those two items from my order, they can only switch it to the 510 package, where I would be losing the extended range battery. I am stuck with an order for a truck that cannot be built because of 2 items they don’t even include in the MY23. Any advice on how to guide my dealer to make the appropriate changes to help get my wave 4 order built.
@TaxmanHog maybe you can point me in the right direction here because I’ve had zero help from my dealer or Ford on resolving this issue

Has anyone that converted from 2022 to 2023 had the pricing update on Fords Order site? Mine has the new color but pricing is still the same from 2022.

Have him call Heritage Ford in S. Burlington, VT and ask for Zac. Zac is the sales mgr and seems to be the one with the hands on the key board.

Yes, Received the txt Wednesday and order confirmation after removing the scales from Ford.

I was told a month or so ago that SQM was NLA so I chose AMB. From what I can tell that’s what it still says on my order..but please let me know if your information says otherwise.

I wanted to adjust my tracker data, I think AMB is not available in 2023 so your order conversion from 2022 to 2023 may have a new color

No, Antimatter Blue is still available. It was when I ordered my Pro a couple weeks ago, and it's still showing in the 2023 Build and Price for the Lightning.

Cool, I just listened to Tim B Thursday night program, he mentioned that AMB is available

Just left the dealer, he was able to remove smart hitch and onboard scales, the 2023 pricing is now reflected in my order sheet and my priority code remained the same, 99.
