I haven't been able to get an eta yet from Ford. They say I'm still in production. 9/22 seems like a bit for starting travel. And ramp 51 is known for lots of micro chip holds. Maybe everyone is waiting on chips. Good news is that they will likely do last in first out if we have to wait for chips.

OK. My truck originally had a 9/1 blend. It went into the REVC this morning. I went over and found it on the line. When I left it at 4:00, it was just shy of being completely done. I'm 287 for the week. Everybody else can go off my number to figure out where you're at. They are currently running about 10 an hour. 2 10 hour production shifts a day.

That is insane that I could have it that soon with enter production on 9/6/22.

Any chip hold? Once completed do they go to ramp 51 to await rail car transport?

Yes. Rouge Electric Vehicle Center. It is where the Lightning is assembled.

All cabs and bodies start in Body. They then go to Paint. The painted bodies are stored in the ASRS building(Automated Storage and Retrieval System) until they are needed. That is where the ICE and BEV stop being comingled. ICE goes to the Final building, BEV enters the REVC.

They knew it was mine. Great group of people. Everybody there seemed to have a great attitude. I even got to install a few things.

They don't have any say in what is held or not. That is all automated and out of anyone's I talked to control.

It is considered built when it rolls off the line and passes all the QC tests. If it has a bedliner it gets built status after that is installed. I don't know where the "tear tag" or populated modules figure into it.

Production for week of 8/29 and I have no modules in the app and can't see anything. In addition when I enter my VIN on the tracker it now doesn't load. I'm getting more than a little worried now. Last week it just showed as "In production."

My activation didn't work earlier and now it does. I like to think my truck is fully built and is just waiting for qc to give me a built status.
