Again., I'm ignorant regarding this stuff. But this is NS system maps. It looks like thier tracks service all or most of the big 3 auto makers. Do they have total control of the rail or do they share the rail with other companies? Here is a screenshot of thier map

I cross referenced some maps. Looks like this is where ramp 51 is. So I'm assuming all control of this ramp is with Norfolk Southern.

History like that is a huge differentiator when there are a bunch of Ford dealers within an hour drive. I went with a family owned dealership after getting (almost) burned in the past by a store in a dealer "group". I hope places like that are a living museum with pictures of deliveries from the early 1900s decorating the walls.

I haven't seen photos bit I'm sure that they have them. They definitely have some amazing cars on the showroom floor though!

My luck would be that when I finally get out of chip hold, there will be the train strike....

Just talked with chat and finally there was an update on 9/10, but still in production, now at Ramp 59 in Dearborn, and still ETA of 9/14-9/20.

Did they tell you where it was? I wonder why I moved from Ramp 51 in Flat Rock to Ramp 59 in Dearborn, but am still in production with a chip hold.

Same status as me then. Built but on chip hold. Per @Pioneer74 - the expectation is that when they load it, the hold will be removed. What's not clear to me yet, if that potentially delays shipment of if it's more a formality at this point.

I agree with this. Most likely they are all done. The updat3s are just lagging. I just hope they beat this rail strike

When I chatted with a rep late last week they said that I was at Ramp 59 in Dearborn also, this was right after I went to "built" status. I was also told at that time that I still had a chip hold and was given an ETA to California of Sept 29th - Oct 5th.

Not in the same build week, but Ford chat told me built, Ramp 51, chip hold. ETA 10/7 going to CA.
