Not in the same build week, but Ford chat told me built, Ramp 51, chip hold. ETA 10/7 going to CA.

I'm on ramp 51 also. I've asked Ford.CA chat numerous times, and they say there are no chip holds on my truck... But have been awaiting shipment for 12 days now, and ETA is still telling them 9/26

Same here. built. no chip hold. pending activation on fordpass app without any activity. still waiting to be shipped at ramp 51 for 11 days 13 hours. Eta stays as 9/9-9/15.

I got my train number from chat by just asking for a build status update... just in case you want to continue to obsess over the weekend

btw that timing of your notice is danger close to time my train said it departed according to UP's phone trace:

• Loaded train departure: 9/10 1:52am

I'm headed to socal too, maybe we're ridding the same wave!

I did ask chat but they had no tracking number.

I checked in with Ford chat today. I got my shipped notification last week. Current response…. “ Last location shows Markham Yard, IL.”

Trying to track via rail phone has served no meaningful feedback for me

Quick Update: The SunRun verify address link shared previously does nothing. I had to wait for the dealer to submit the order as sold (about 2 days after actual delivery) then another day for it to show in SunRun’s system so I could verify address. Got the shipped notification from FedEx last night for Thursday delivery. All in all, charger will arrive less than two weeks after delivery

No news here either. I will definitely share our collective experiences and frustrations in my user survey about the void of information on delivery. I think Ford is really missing the boat as they supposedly move towards a customer experience center and away from the traditional dealership model. How many of you would have signed on for a factory tour / delivery of our trucks if there were such an option? BMW has offered this for years with some of their vehicles. Anyhoo, I'm still waiting to see if the railroad strike is going to have my truck sitting in a Delaware rail yard for the foreseeable future.

Pretty quiet in here for trucks getting shipped, I figure most of us still awaiting shipment were chip holds. I wonder if we're queued behind 8/22 trucks that finished ahead of us. Granted.. my truck has only been in the status for 5 days when average is 7, but I haven't had good experiences in the past. Need it on the train and out of Ford's hands!

What's the contact information for Sunrun? I technically already bought my truck so I'd like to contact them and get them on that.

Dealer can't mark it as "delivered" until you physically take delivery and it has gone through PDI. However, you can google SunRun Customer service and give them a call and try.

I am still having trouble tracking the rail car on CNR. Chat says my truck was in Riverdale Illinois on 9/11. Did I hear railcars get stuck there for a few days?
