Was told chip hold, since then, zippo.

My blend was 8/24, went into production 8/28 with spray in liner and it's still in production status.

I talked to Ford Chat they told me I was built but on a chip hold for completion. Unfortunately I was told it would be this week but then I was told next week.
I secured financing already but it expires 10/1/22!

That just makes the waiting that much more difficult. The wait from reservation (May, 2021) to order date (June 15, 2022) was nothing in comparison to the wait from production to now.

I talked to Ford Chat they told me I was built but on a chip hold for completion. Unfortunately I was told it would be this week but then I was told next week.
I secured financing already but it expires 10/1/22!

I'm assuming I'm on a chip hold. Otherwise it should have gone to built. Last time I asked via chat, the spray in liner was completed and it was at Ramp 51.

Checked in with Ford chat and mine is in chip hold as I assumed since it hasn't moved out of In Production status. They said ETA to dealer is 9/28 - 10/3 which I don't think may happen.

For what its worth I was told by Ford Chat that my truck is under a chip hold but I got my "built" date - who knows what it all means!

This morning my truck shipped after being in built status for (only) 5 days but with a chip hold still on it.

Now that not so exciting update: I reached out to Ford Chat to get the rail cart # but got the following instead...

"What I can gather from the last update on September 9th, your truck is currently on hold at the plant waiting on a micro chip. We are working closely with our suppliers to address <...snip...>. I actually took the liberty of looking into the previous updates, and I do see that it got moved to the "In Transit" stage on September 2nd. The update from September 9th is showing that it went back into "Awaiting Shipment". "

Well then - I just go with what the vehicle tracker tells me since I like that better!
