Trailer Hitch Height

Well, it looks like I'll be getting my Lightning (Lariat ER Carbonized Gray Metallic) by the end of October at the latest, just in time to help my son move from Boston to Philly. I am going to rent a UHaul trailer and was wondering if I can use a straight hitch or need to get a drop hitch (either with the 2" ball). The UHaul site says the ideal height from the middle of the ball is between 18 1/2 and 18 3/4 inches but I don't know what the Lightning hitch height is; any suggestions?

Not the exact answer, but a bit of a starting place. I just measured my Lariat ER - from concrete to the middle of the hitch receiver is 20.5 inches. Stock tires, no truck alterations.

Be aware that the drop is measured from the top of the receiver. To get the middle of the ball at 18.5” you may need a 3-4” drop.
