Thank you. Speaking of safes, @BestEvMod how about a custom safe that fits into the side storage space on the driver's side of the center console? That space is large enough for a wallet, a phone, a small firearm, GoPro, whatever. Then I can still put a Dometic fridge in the center console

I second Pioneer74's idea for a mud flap redesign. It'll be easy. Just use your 3D scanner on a stock one, add the 45 degree chamfer in Solid Works, print it, test fit, mold, done! I won't charge you my consultant fee this time, but next time i want a 3 percent royalty fee

Haha, but my team think the OEM one is a bit complicated to install, they will try to work on one that could be installed easier if possible.

How about mud flaps that are fairly aerodynamic (not big flat floppy ones)? The ones you make for the Mach E are great.

we are working on a mud flaps design, (waiting for better scan data, our last scan miss some area).
We usually make bigger ones for trucks, since the Whole car is bigger in size, and we worry it might look weird with smaller mud flaps, and we also concerned about how smaller flaps might perform on the truck.

I agree they would need to be bigger. However, big, non-aerodynamic flaps won't be any better than what is already available on the market.

Here is another suggestion for you that could also apply to the ICE F150s as well (bigger market). I would love some kind of flap or device that lets me close off the gap between the sun visor ad the A pillar what it is flipped forward. From factory there is a ~2" gap there that the sun an shine through and nothing you can do about it.
