I was just told the most bizarre thing by Ford. Apparently my Truck is still sitting in Blue Island, where it was "Unloaded" and is now waiting to be loaded onto a new Railcar. What a cluster F***.

Anyone have any way of tracking a railcar on BNSF?

Blue Island seems to be the new black hole. Mine supposedly is still there.

Yes! It's been delivered to the dealer and I'm awaiting the call to go pick this puppy up. I have several mods to do- will send pics when complete.

Ford chat gave me the same Blue Island response for days, yet the dealer confirmed it was making progress. Reach out to your dealer and ask for them to check.

I got my XLT delivered today at my dealer. Will pickup tomorrow.

I've been tracking my railcar daily via the UP automated trace number. Each day, it seems that the dates are changed. Last week, it was saying that it was loaded on the 12th, eta of today. But for the last few days, it says that it was loaded today or yesterday (relative to when I call), but the ETA has held as 11/20 for a few days now. So I don't know if the thing is actually in transit, or not.

I'm really hoping to have it in time for Thanksgiving travel. That would be rad.

Ford chat says my truck arrived by rail today in Arizona about 2 hours from dealer. Heres to hoping it gets on a truck and delivered quickly.

I’ve been enjoying mine for the last day. My 8 and 6 year old even want to go to the store with me now! Truck is everything I could’ve wanted so far.

Since @Bigdogaz is off the train, I figured I probably am too. I haven't been contacted by the dealer yet, but UP's automated trace gave me something different today. It said "empty" and "departure ramp Las Vegas", and listed somewhere in California (presumably next stop for that railcar) . So I think that means it was unloaded from the railcar today here in Las Vegas. Getting close!

A little help please. My truck is coming to SF Bay Area, but it does not seem to be in the UP system. The last location as 11/12 was in Riverdale, IL . My rate lock expires on 11/30. Anyway to track this Truck?

I am in the same boat (rail car most likely). Waiting for mine to show up at Walnut Creek Ford

I have been emailed, messaged, called the dealer, talked to the sale rep who assigned to handle my order to try to find out status of my truck but so far he is avoiding me! I even left a message for other rep to relay my message. I guessed since this was a direct order, he probably has no commission hence avoiding me. For now just getting an update from Ford chat

Mine was on BNSF. Which sucked because there was no way to track it. Ford kept saying it was in Blue Island until it was unloaded in AZ.

Thanks @TaxmanHog, @Ford Motor Company are now completely ghosting me on all communication channels, including corporate HQ. No decency towards me as a customer. This is my 10th Ford vehicle and I am pretty devastated at how I am being treated.

I now don’t think my truck will ever be delivered. I have no clue how to move the situation forward.

I have this question as well, hoping mine arrives at the dealer this week, as it is in Oklahoma now.
