Reserved a cancelled order that has a blend date of 10/4. Been at the rail yard near Dallas since Monday or Tuesday of last week. Dealer says, it will just show up randomly as they cannot track after it gets to that point...

I'm not sure why I'm the lucky one that seems to be stuck "in Production"...anyone have any ideas on how to find out what's holding it up?

The last update from my salesperson showed it as "Released to Body Company", but that was last week.

According to my salesperson, the truck is on chip hold...anyone know how to get more information on this? like nature of the issue, timeline, etc?

i picked up my truck that was a canceled order on 11/3! Good luck to you all!

Talked to dealer about status of truck. I know it got offloaded from CSX rail car on the 3rd at 1pm but then no updated way of tracking? Dealer says they dont have the truck tracking either it will just arrive i the window they said? anybody have luck tracking after its off rail car?

My truck showed built on the weekend with a date of 11/05 but is back to “in production” status today…anyone have any experience with that?

It's rare but has happened in the past, should rectify in a day or so, it is still in that odd condition right now

weird, my estimated delivery date got bumped from 11/16 to 12/01. why would that happen?
