Awesome news! Ford CS Chat is *very outdated*. I strongly encourage folks to grab their railcar # and call their respective companies and/or reach-out to their dealers for accurate info. They should have much better visibility into tracking. If I was going off Ford CS Chat, they still think my truck is in West Chicago (with a status of chip hold) instead of unloaded in Colorado and awaiting pickup

I called my dealer and they actually weren't that helpful. I think they skipped using vin view and just used the same order tracking that we can use. I was impressed with Ford Marketing. Their number is different than the general Ford number listed online.

YMMV with dealers, of course. That's a great tip that Ford Marketing >>> Regular CS, though!

So I decided to call Ford Marketing team and got a great update. Despite Ford chat showing my truck stuck in Illinois for the last week, they show it arrived in Needles California via rail! It's getting closer!

My dealer just told me this morning that it has arrived in Richmond and it could be between 1 day to 3 weeks. They said Richmond is pretty jammed with so many cars, so unknown ETA. Richmond is only 30 mins from my dealer. I guess your truck is probably next to mine LOL

Also I was unable to get a rail car #, but believe that it is being shipped via BNSF. For those in California who are expecting trucks I found this forum with some time lines for BNSF.

I finally picked mine up tonight!! so excited, it arrived at the dealer thursday and picked up today. no issues with the dealer since I had already figured out pricing (after a few days fight) a couple weeks ago.

Spoke with dealer and seems no funny stuff ahead. Little foggy on the price protection but once I pointed out my order was in before price increase and should be price protected, he got back to me and said I was correct. So I think I can stop charging the lightsaber.
It seems Ford didn't file MY23 for state point of sale incentive here. Only MY22 is listed. All other manufacture models did file their MY23 except Ford... That's a shame.

Spoke to the dealer last evening, and they're confident the truck lands in a couple days. Ford's estimated delivery actually moved *up* to 01/08-01/14, so that's... encouraging?

I'd be giddy to take possession before the holiday weekend, but I doubt everything works out that smoothly. Financing through Parsons FCU is probably gonna delay the process a couple days. This whole thing is beginning to feel very real, though!

Shop around local, of course. Credit Unions are your best bet for low(er) rates. All in my area were floating at 5.49% and well above that (60 mo.). Brutal increase from a few short months ago. Not sure what Ford Credit or the dealer can swing, but I'm guessing the results will be underwhelming.

Parsons is based out of Pasadena and membership is free to those who consent to joining the American Consumer Council. $5 savings deposit. 3.79% up to 60 months and 3.99% 61+ months. I might finance through the dealer to speed up the purchase and then refinance with Parsons a couple weeks after.

It should be visible on your personal order page once the truck reached BUILT status.
