@Ford Motor Company if you're monitoring this forum, I'm looking for some assistance. As of yesterday, the transporter you've selected to deliver my vehicle has missed 2 estimated delivery windows. This not only affects my relationship of trust with Ford Motor Company but at a macro level, I'm sure it affected your delivery and sales numbers for the month of December, '22 Q4 and '22 Year.
I'm sure there are SLA's in place that impact your transporters for missed time-lines and rewards them for on time delivery. Again, I'm sure that monitoring this forum shows that I'm not alone in this frustration.
I've pre-qualified for my loan based on my initial delivery date. My rate lock for that loan will expire in two weeks, which if my rate increases, will impact my decision to purchase my order.
Please help, I want this vehicle but the market is opening up.
