Ford chat representative told me to follow the tracking there, but when I enter my order number (which is the same as my reservation number according to my emails), I get an error "Invalid Order Number Entered".

Ford CS/chat is only as good as your current update on the Canadian Ford Tracker sadly. Until the Canadian tracker shows "shipped" CS/chat is worthless (except the ultra rare truck slipping through and showing up dealer) Best thing to do is check that tracker after 5am and after 5 pm that seemed to be when I saw updates on my order.

If you have your Window Sticker, the order number is 4 digits in a box left of the Total MSRP box. The order number to use is XXXX - the total Item # listed in the box is 23-XXXX O/T 1.

My Ford chat person yesterday said that the truck is still In Production and there was no estimated delivery date. She said that the truck has a micro chip hold. I spoke with my dealer today and he said that my truck was taken "Off site" for reasons he's not aware of, but he says that he sees a delivery date of Jan 30!

He was trying to open a site that he said is much more reliable but the system wouldn't let him in. I hope his secondary site is right. I could live with a delivery date 10 more days from now.

I was told a similar day for delivery, but I'm thinking its more of a 2/6-2/13 delivery based off when the 12/19 orders are arriving in the other thread. But here's to hoping!

Another interesting wrinkle for me. I asked my rep to try adding the Tow Tech package once I was schedule but well before my production date (wanted to have the trailer brake controller installed, in case I need to haul something crazy at any point). It went through and I got an update DORA including the Tow Tech (minus the onboard scales/smart hitch).

Once production got under way and I could see my window sticker the Tow Tech wasn't on there. Not the end of the world, but I wondered if perhaps they just hadn't updated the sticker. Took a look yesterday and today and the window sticker is no longer available. Maybe the Tow Tech will be there when I'm able to see it again! Living in hope and optimism over here. Birthday coming up Feb. 2, would be a really sweet present to have my truck show up.

My window sticker disappeared a few days ago too, I just accessed it by using my Vin in the url.

Where I have a built status now and my window sticker works, I wonder if the same will happen for you and your build date will pop soon

Now that the truck is built, I'm not looking forward to the dealer portion, specifically the price protection. Where I ordered a pro on 8/11, technically I should get both a 7k price cut for the initial hike, and an additional 9k off for the price hikes since I ordered. Should be fun asking the dealer for 16k off the sticker price
