I was trying to upload a video, but it keeps failing after the upload is complete (" Oops! We ran into some problems. ") so I'll just share it through onedrive.

Mine have has been making a grinding noise (starts 20s into the video) and is definitely in sync with the interior fan speed (the rest of the wind noise is the battery fans). I haven't heard it in the past as it is softened in the cabin, but with the windows down it's fairly loud (much louder than the spaceship humming below 20mph).
It comes and goes, so I haven't quite figured out if it's temperature / heat related or what.
Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Lightning concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

I had a very loud sound on mine after a service visit (old post somewhere on here). Somehow they had depleted the AC during the service visit, tried to recharge it and the recharging unit failed. I had to have another shop charge it. Been fine ever since. If yours does that at a certain speed/temp, maybe it's just 'pulling' on the AC more?

Have a hum/buzz with AC in my SR PRO, similar to @mr.Magoo video (thanks for that, I thought I was crazy). Only seems to happen when AC is set when the truck is first turned on. If I turn quickly turn the AC off and back on immediately it stops. Was going to point it out on my first dealer service, but if @Ford Motor Company wants to acknowledge a bigger problem I'm all ears.

This is how I can recreate the buzzing/humming noise. It only occurs for me when the AC is in standby, or maybe a lower stage. When the AC is running fully: no noise. On heat? No noise. Just when climate control is enabled but the temperature of the cabin reaches below the setpoint (which is what I'm simulating in the video below).

Heard back from my dealer: new coolant pump needed. Should have the part by Thursday or Friday. 🤞

Ahhh good to know, IIRC I've seen older reports of the glycol pump failing before, just another one in a hundred thousand artifact of mass production.

Got my truck back yesterday and no more hum. Here was the technician's feedback:

Technician said:
Performed self test, no codes found. Buzzing noise could be heard from outside of vehicle. Noise is intermittent. Used FDRS and commanded coolant pumps on one at a time. Found noise from front of vehicle. Raised vehicle and removed skid plates. Removed frunk trim and could feel heavy vibration on coolant hoses. Used stethoscope and traced noise to high voltage battery coolant pump. Removed and replaced coolant pump. Performed coolant bleed procuedure. Tested drove vehicle and verified repair.
I also tested out a DC fast charger at EA for the first time yesterday too, and while it worked the charging speed was capped at 43KW or so (from ~30% to 80%). I noticed that the coolant temperature was ever so slightly higher afterwards as well. I'm not too concerned yet because the charger had a message that said something about the charge rate being temporarily reduced. It was a 4 stall charger and someone else was using the station too. They were getting ~97KW. But something I'm going to keep an eye on next time I charge up.

Do you have max tow package on yours?

Anyone else is having this issue please share if you have max tow package. I am curious if the cooling stress for the system is too much without it.

I have this issue, Max tow package. Noise starts on warm days when the truck has been parked, With AC on at startup it is very loud. Cycling the AC makes it go away.

@Ford Motor Company, my dealer couldn’t replicate issue. Video is available to demonstrate.

Thanks for sharing. I have the tow package with extra cooling as well.

On a hot summer day (90F) when I turned on my truck, it went crazy with the noise but I think it was more of a fan noise than pump and probably was working as intended. It made me a bit worried that it didn’t do any cooling before I turned on the truck. I don’t know if it would have if I was plugged in. Next summer I may do a bit more testing. Until then, I will stay out of sun whenever I have the option.

My pro acts exactly the same. Cycling the ac off/on again and the hum vanishes, climate control works perfectly. I can’t imagine that this is a sign of health. Did you ever investigate, or take it to the dealer?
