Is the CHMSL camera still not available?

I've read in various places that the CHMSL camera was a required option delete. This was earlier in the year. Is this still true or is the CHMSL camera being included in the recent builds? What options are required to have this for an XLT?

Sorry for the acronym. It's Center High Mounted Stop Lamp (or Light). In other words, "third brake light".

There is a camera there to look at the bed. Not sure what option/trim level is required.
