PA Announces NEVI Round 1 Conditional Awards

Pennsylvania announced the locations of the Round 1 NEVI awards.
PlugShare already lists them on their map with a wrench icon.
It will be interesting to see how long it takes to actually get them installed. We sure need something because EA is going backwards.

Additional pathetic/eye rolling observation from me. NEVI was signed into law into November 2021. I know government is slow and in many ways incompetent but this is pathetic. I’m not aware of a charger solely originated due to “NEVI” based incentives installed in the entire country almost 2 full years later.

If you followed the process and the timeline, it's all as it was laid out. Yes, slow. Installs start kicking in later this year and next year.

I was worried this would happen, everyone immediately paused all charger rollouts to see if they could get money. It had the opposite effect. There should have been some language in the bill about no pauses allowed once this bill passes or else you'll be disqualified for any awarded funds.
