Correct process to charge Low Voltage Battery (LVB) to 100%

There are several threads where the procedure to charge the LVB to 100% to try and enable Over The Air (OTA) updates has been covered. But they are often buried in responses to other topics, and sometimes it seems the recommended steps conflict with other posts. It would be appreciated if someone who knows the correct steps and connection locations could reproduce them here.

I just got one of these chargers and hope that I can get some OTA updates by charging the LVB.

The nice thing about that charger is that the clamps can be removed and leave you with M6 ring terminals. I updated my post you referenced above to give details.
