Ford resumes heated Steering Wheel Repairs (was on hold)

What is the CSP number? Ford is not transparent & seriously flawed at most levels - adequate in taking down complaints but F grades for resolving. Attached a CSP local service says they can't complete due to a WACM part need for the phone charger that fails. I asked why not do the CSP then redo it once the backorder part comes in since the CSP is a critical battery issue - no sane reply so far.

Same here got the heated steering wheel CSP done and left buttons do not work. Waiting to hear back from the dealer

were they able to fix your yet? Got the HSW yesterday - everything works except for the two lower buttons on the right side steering wheel - the right/left arrows.
However when I use CarPlay those buttons work. But they don’t work with the regular interface of the cluster or infotainment 15” screen.

I was told there was another truck that had the same issue from the dealer. So I told the dealer once they know the fix to let me know.
