Sync 4 version number??

I can’t for the life of me find anywhere on the Ford official page what the latest sync four version is. I recently just got a notification in the mail from Ford saying that my 12 V battery may be malfunctioning and I should bring it to a dealer for a replacement. This is weird because I just got this truck at the end of November from the factory. Anyways, here is the version I am on. What are you all on or do you know what the latest version is?

So, 23291 would be the latest version ... I am with the OP at 23159 and recently had mobile Ford service, but they said it was the latest version; so, who knows ??? We also bought our truck in late November.

If you have a MY23, Ford likely isn't sending updates to your truck yet. Based on reports here on this forum the most recent MY23 to receive any type of update had a blend date in February 2023. It seems primarily MY22 receives updates at present.

That truck blended in February that reported an update is suspiciously close to when Ford shut down production for a number of weeks. I've often wondered if trucks blended once production resumed last year is a demarcation somehow.

For the record, my blend date was in May 2023 and I took delivery in July.

I have a MY23 with a Dec 22 build date and I have Sync 4a version 23291

That is interesting our PRO, made 4/23 shows our SYNC 4 version 44326 revision 640. No updates received.

You have Sync 4, the others in this thread have 4A. The software levels are not comparable.

That is posted in a link that is available to all Ford dealer from a GSB released to them by Ford on 10/26. You would need access to PTS to see it.

I just got a letter in the mail that my 12v battery may be faulty and not allowing for upgrades so I’m bringing it to the dealer next week. I’ll let you know if I get a version change when I go for service. Also want to see what my battery degradation looks like. Seems like my range keeps getting lower and lower even though efficiency increased .1.

how is your range getting lower?
are you driving to the capacity of the amount displayed on gom ?
or are you saying at x% the gom is giving you a lower number?
dont know california - are your outdoor temps fairly steady right now?

is the letter that your battery might be faulty or is the battery (12v) sensor might be faulty.

if you had the becm update done at dealer they may have a battery test. Like the one I attached here
