rugedraw, thank you so much. Will my system "eventually" get all of these updates, or is it worth taking it into the dealer (maybe with this list in hand) and asking them to install the updates manually? I assume they have a way to do that, right...?

Yes, you will eventually get them. The dealer won't help you. Ford does not pay them to perform module updates even with warranty. Unless there is a problem with your truck or a recall that requires a module update to satisfy it, they won't do the updates.

Thanks for checking, yeah I have been trying to be patient. I just don't get Ford's logic, my dad has a Mach E that gets updates constantly but I have seen very little. I also am in the EAP program but I guess my idea and their idea of EAP is different. I guess I just don't understand the hold out on pushing updates but the good thing about being in the EAP is I have gotten plenty of surveys and I have filled out those surveys very honestly. One I pointed out is asking for $800 a year for BC but yet they don't really seem to be updating it. I don't mind paying for something if it is getting me new features or at least refined features but so far that has been neither. Oh well, I will continue the waiting game.

Your truck is on Sync 23291 which is the latest version. Seems like it was done with FDRS in December. You only have ACM and HVAC updates pending.

No updates sent to you in 10 months. Modules pending updates are below. You seem to have gotten all the 4.x.x updates, but it does not seem like your VIN has been added to the roll-out plan for the 6.x.x updates yet. Your truck is talking to the cloud just fine; just gotta wait your turn.

Edit: Make sure your truck is connected to wifi. You may have a possible issue that can only be fixed by an update that comes in only through wifi.
