FCSP won't factory reset or connect to wifi/bt

Ah gotcha, you didn't mention that.

How close is your drivers seat to the charger? Others on this forum found it had to be within a few feet to pair correctly, apparently the antenna is pretty anemic. Some people found that if they had their truck parked facing the wrong direction, or around the corner of their garage, it wouldn't connect.

How close is your drivers seat to the charger?

Sitting on the workbench about 2ft away from the driver's side door.

It's toast. Won't factory reset. Stopped connecting to my wifi. Stopped outputting bluetooth.

Update: Ford support on this is horrible. The cannot get the problem though their heads. Wifi doesn't work, bluetooth doesn't work, and factory reset doesn't work. Turning it off for hours doesn't fix it. Letting it sit for 24hrs doesn't magically fix it. Nothing fixes it. All the troubleshooting steps went through with the Ford customer service rep with instructions from their engineering people. All the same result every time. It is obviously broken and anyone can see this.

After all that, today she tells me engineering denied the replacement claim "because it still charges the truck."

My written response was obviously that this is unacceptable and needs to be escalted. And that I would like to speak to the brilliant minds in engineering. Then it was 5pm so no response.

So I just called Siemens directly again. They originally told me I need to call Ford 2 weeks ago. So I explained all of this to them, and he was sympathetic to my plight. So now I have a Siemens ticket opened as well. We'll see how far that gets me now.

Almost three weeks of arguing with support engineers. They finally conceded that it is in fact broken. They're shipping me a replacement.

Ugh, I am in the same boat as you but I don't know if it is worth it just to see my charging stats.
