I got a BC Experience survey back in February as part of EAP. But it came from a Ford email account. But Toluna looks like they are legit. https://tolunacorporate.com/testimonial/

They're definitely a long-standing survey site, but my question is, "Are they just doing market research in hopes of selling info to Ford or did Ford actually commission them to conduct a survey?

I took the survey and it did ask me if I wanted to do the video. I answered NO but it still went to a page that wanted to record one. I simply hit next and the survey continued.... must have been a bug.

I actually thought the survey seemed worthwhile. It asked several questions trying to feel me out on how much I would actually pay for BC and what terms I preferred.

Prob paranoid, but there are some new AI scams out there that if they can get a few seconds of video and your voice they can pretty much take over your life.
So when it gave me no choice I quit.

I took the survey. I didn't do a video.

Seemed like the Blue Cruise product marketing team is trying to figure out why no one is willing to pay for Blue Cruise or if they are, at what price. Its a non essential "feature" that I never asked for nor do I care about it. We used it for a total of 10 minutes when in the first few months of Lightning ownership.

The car industry, for all their old school backwards ways, are trying to "disrupt" themselves by pushing these idiotic subscription plans for all sorts of things. Its just stupid.

Personally, I wouldn't pay a dime for it....ever.

Thankfully, most of the "self driving" car hysteria is dying out from a loud scream to a low level murmur.
