im also thinking about winter tires but will the tremor size fit on the stock 18inch rims
275/70R18? without rubbing on stock suspension
275/70R-18's will fit with no rub nor modifications need, when shod on the factory wheels (y)

Side note, most off the tire offering in this size will utilize Light Truck (LT) tire construction vs the Standard Load (SL/P) tires that come factory.

I've looking at a winter tire package on Tirerack.com for my 2023 XLT with 18" wheels and every wheel has this disclaimer: Aggressive fitment. This may require a lift kit or fender modification for proper clearance. Most of the wheels have +12mm offset. I'm looking at the Granite Alloy GA504 18x9 +12mm offset wheels. Any thoughts on this? I don't want to put on a lift kit or do any modifications.

The stock 18" wheels are 18x8.5 +44mm. So if my math is mathing, 18x9 +12 would stick out 32 + 6 (half of the difference in width) = 38 mm more than stock. That's an inch and a half. Definitely an "aggressive fitment". I expect that would have a big impact on range and wheel bearing wear even if it doesn't rub anything. Maybe that's the look you're going for though.

Myself I went with 18x7.5 +30 wheels. Fast F245-1875-36MN+30C871

Definitely not, I wanted to get extra rims with snow tires that are similar or close to the factory offset.
