Table saw & Vacuum?

Hi all, I recently leased a 2024 Lighthing XLT (standard range), and had an opportunity to try the pro power onboard for a small job. The bed plug ran a small 8-1/4" dewalt table saw no problem but if I tried to run a shop vac simultaneously the breaker got tripped. The vacuum seemed to run fine on it's own, and it didn't matter if one was plugged into the bed and the other run off the frunk plug. Anyone else have success running both a table saw and vacuum/dust extractor combo?

I can plug them both in on the same home outlet yes. I'm guessing the answer might just be "try a smaller vacuum/dust extractor or one with less draw". Haven't done much testing/research on the pro-power limits as yet (and rarely would ever need this set up), but just curious as to others experiences.

I think you'll find that it would work on a household service. Inverters are much more sensitive to peak loading.

Ya, it's the startup draw. You'll most likely need to put a soft start cap on one of them.

WIth Pro Power, would you just do this:

and then get 2) 30 amp legs at 120 volts AND the 2.4 kWh Funk plug

IMO the full power pro power is the killer app for the truck. If you didn't buy a truck with the 9.6 kW, I would not hesitate to upgrade it so it has full power. Those of you looking to buy, make sure you get this upgrade.

Yes, probably overloaded the 2.4kW on-board power.

From what I've read and seen on schematics:

Both the 240 and 120 outlets in the bed are on the same inverter that provides 7.2kW
The rest of the outlets have another inverter with 2.4kW

The table saw probably draws 15A, which leaves little left for the vac assuming it's a 2.4kW system.
