I haven’t gotten any CSP notification (ford.com or when logging out/in to the app
Can't recall if Ford sent a notification.

However. if you have a CSP it should show in Ford Pass app under the "Service" tab. If present, then just touch the "Customer Service Program(s)" button to see the details.

I did get a letter in the mail for it but did not act on it. Wasn't until the dealership texted me asking me if I wanted to bring it in to have the CSP done.

Thanks. My FordPass doesn’t have that.

I also got the mini 360 view after service for the sensor. Is the fix for that also something that aligns the 360 view ?

It’s a five minute in and out of a specific program for calibrating the cameras. The tech likely didn’t read the cliff notes.

Had a mobile tech come to the house last week to address some recall issues on my 2023 ER-XLT, which I purchased new 8 months ago (and still loving it!).

Repair Services:
RECALL2
23B70 BATTERY MONITOR SENSOR REPLACEMENT
24B56 INOPERATIVE FRONT PARKING SENSORS - SOFTWARE UPDATE IMAGE PROCESSING MODULE A
RECALL1
24P24 REPROGRAM THE FRONT HATCH CONTROL MODULE FHCM

Took the tech about an hour. [edit] 360 camera view is unchanged, and the only thing I've noticed that is any different since the repair is that the lane-keeping feature comes on by default every time I start cruise control - but I suspect that's probably unrelated to the service.

Anyway, just wanted to report NO PROBLEMS or negative impacts (that I know of yet) from this recall work.

I appreciate your update, good info. I tried scheduling mobile service for this, but my dealer would only do this at the shop in case the 24B56 update failed. So, I'm taking it in this Friday and I hope I won't have any issues either. I read elsewhere that one result of the 24B56 update is that lane keeping now automatically turns on when you turn on cruise control. A small bummer because I often use cruise control without going to the full Blue Cruise mode. Looks like now I'm going to have to make this a two button sequence to turn on Blue Cruise and then turn off lane keeping so I can just get the regular cruise control. I know, first world problem, but still. Anyway, glad to hear you had no issues. Crossing fingers...

I've not had the CSP done but at some point the lane centering came on by default when enabling cruise control. My fix was to toggle off lane centering under Settings-Driver Assistance-Curise Control: Adaptive Cruise Control. Then when I want that feature on or to turn on blue cruise I just use the lane centering button on the left side of the steering wheel. Seems to work if you want to give that a try.

I did this for a short while, it prevents full hands free BC from engaging when you hit the button. It will only do the basic, where it yells at you to wiggle the wheel every 30 seconds.

Thanks...I guess I use BlueCruise so rarely that I was not tracking it would not engage fully without the toggle in settings. However, since I use cruise control all the time...and I'm not a fan of the automated lane centering when running around in town...I'd rather change the toggle on those rare times when I'm actually on a BlueCruise mapped highway.
