Same for me too. Noticed last week it occasionally was detecting front ghosts, but thought it was a dirty sensor/camera. Guess it was a little more than that.CSP 24B56 does not show in my FordPass. However, like others have found, I do see it when I log into the Ford.com web page.
Screenshot from web page.
May not appear on Ford Pass app mine does not but does appear on a PC and check under Ford.com sign in, Dashboard, Recalls and CSP's .
Same here. I don't see the CSP in that location (nor my recall). Both appear online in my Ford account. This is on the latest version of iOS, both EA (5.4.0 (7)) and regular (5.4.0) versions. My Android FordPass doesn't have the CSP setting any longer, but I do see this CSP it on the website. It also shows up in FordPass on my iPad. Haven't noticed any issues with the sensors though.
This worked. I had previously forced closed the app but that didn't work. Signing out and back in did. Can see the CSP now. Recall is not there.Curious if those folks seeing a disparity between app & web-browser would try clearing your {app} cache and logging out of Fordpass then log back in to see if either action resolves the lack of CSP information in the app.
That's the trick. Did the same thing..... Log out, then log in. F-Pass now shows the CSP.This worked. I had previously forced closed the app but that didn't work. Signing out and back in did. Can see the CSP now

Great sugestion, updated title hope this helps.@Bigisland Guy or @TaxmanHog , I wonder if the Title can be edited to put the "CSP" and "24B56" next to each other. Might be easier for others to find. I think this will be an active topic for a few weeks.
Something like "New CSP 24B56 parking sensor 8-30-24" may be easier to search for.
Thanks in advance.
They will probably formulate an OTA, but for those with extraordinary concern can go to a service center to have the update applied now instead of waiting .... months.....so we have to go to a dealership to fix this? Won’t be done OTA? Seems like the kind of thing that could be fixed with software. But maybe it’s purely a hardware issue.
