Did OTA 10.3.0 Remove Charging Locations?

Please respond if you have received OTA 10.3.0.

There's a glitch where trucks have lost the ability to set charging locations. I'm trying to figure out how widespread the issue is.

Update: I was able to set a charging location via FordPass this morning (1/29/25)!

There's a glitch where trucks have lost the ability to set charging locations. I'm trying to figure out how widespread the issue is.

I submitted comments through the emailed survey they sent and also through the recorded feedback on the truck. Hopefully everybody else is also doing the same so they can recognize and fix this annoying problem they created.

7-0 as I write this. Seems like it probably affects everyone.

I drove around tonight, but not enough for the GOM and the % to fall below 97. So I hope when it try’s to charge again (set it manually to 90% for now), that it will allow me to set a new target level.

EDIT: Drove the truck till I hit ~87%, parked at my normal spot in my driveway, and went to the sync screen on the truck, and the app… same error as before. So I waited till I hit my manually entered 90% charge limit and checked the app, still no dice. However I noticed that my charging location shows my address.

Received update but install fails due to "low 12v" battery. Not going to answer the poll, just putting that data point out there.

Odd, I can’t seem to add mine back. I did one partial charge and a slightly longer charge. It still gives me this error… both in the app and truck.

Reinstall FordPass, reset SYNC and re-pair is probably what you gotta do

I sure hope I/we don’t need to do that. Yes it might work, but a bit annoying.

What will resetting FordPass do if we can't add a location via Sync?

I've tried a Sync reset, haven't tried deleting FordPass though I did force it closed and did a phone reset.

I had this issue last week after picking up my truck from 22 days at the dealer when I went to charge, no charging locations and unable to adjust the charge target in the app. Still on 10.1.1 from 11/16/24.
