I was a little apprehensive to take the lightning offroad, but I never had any problems. I was even able to roast the veggies in the air fryer while the steaks cooked over the open fire!

Yep. Did you think about trying to park way out on the end of that point?

I did, but there wasn't an easy path, and I was already feeling a bit "on edge". I was about 30 miles from the main road and there wasn't any cell service, so I decided to be conservative. Maybe next time!

Great pix. As for going out on the point, I think your conservative approach is warranted. At 6000+ lbs, the truck would place a significant load on that rock formation. Any loss of integrity would be VERY ugly.

You're on a f'ing mountain, with a sweet cooking fire, kids and family sitting around telling stories, adults sipping a cold one, and you pipe up in your apron "oh dukes! I need to check the brussel sprouts!" and run daintily over to your air fryer.

@Howard_Scott_Warshaw Aren't we all a little dainty for driving around in $90K electric trucks??? Girlfriend ran the air fryer while I handled the steaks. If bringing her the comfort of an air fryer gets her out sleeping under the stars, I'll take it! Besides, the results were so good, I'll do it again. Hope you're having as much fun with your truck as I am with mine!
