I’ve wanted to lower my 24 Lariat since the day I brought it home. Thanks to Spencer Owens ( Atlantic Built ) sharing his research and being so helpful via messenger I finally did it this weekend!

I did his exact modification but at his recommendation, I cut half a coil off of the rears to help relieve some preload on the springs and then I only lowered the front a little over 2 inches. Super happy with the leveled outcome for an every day driver.
I also added the ICON Dynamics camber adjustment kit. Pricey, but a great kit.

Definitely want to put wheels (probably 24’s) on it in the future but I’m perfectly happy rolling this look for a while.

Not bad. I've done the Belltech method then undid that.... currently have the full ICON kit. after some trial and error to get it perfect, Love it.

good for you for getting the camber kit. Absolutely required for lowering this vehicle.

That looks great! I just saw Shelby F-150 and it's my style vs lifted. Only worry is ride quality.

Nice! I do like the look.

I’m going the other direction, however. About to put a 3 inch leveling kit on my Lightning.

I need to find someone to sell me a 2021 or newer F-150 Raptor wheel set to make the look complete.

I believe the Platinum’s got 24’s. I may just sell those if I can find the others.

Thanks! Yeah the ICON kit looks pretty cool but damn that alot of $. Plus I wanted more drop than it offers. With that being said, the camber kit only offers adjustment up to 4" drop so I still can't get camber in spec at my current ride height.

How is the ride
I consider it "sporty". Definitely not terrible. But also not soft and cushy like from the factory that's never going to be the case when changing ride height on any vehicle. I've had several lowered vehicles and this is the best outcome I've ever had and I'm totally happy with it. Plus id feel SO much better on the road and in corners!!!

No way I'd have it that low. Ride is far too rough. Dropped mine to the bottom with the icon kit and at least on these roads no FN way

I’m jealous! Let us know about the ride quality when you have a moment.
Thanks for sharing.
