Blend date is essentially the build date, when all the assemblies for the car/truck get blended together at the factory. It will be the last 4 digits on the number at the top of the window sticker. eg. 0516
Your dealer should be able to make the change. It is an added step after production, so would not affect the build date, just maybe the ship date.

From the bronco experience, the date at the bottom of the sticker updates weekly or so. The blend date, rotation number only change if there is a real change in schedule.
