‘23 Lightning Platinum options removed (heated steering wheel, mirrors, o/b scale)

Did anyone toik delivery of a 23’ Lightning Platinum and can confirm that the following options have been removed and cannot be retrofitted:

- Heated steering wheel
- Heated mirrors
- onboard scale
- multicontour seats

When speaking with my dealer, he had told me that they received a memo from Ford saying that heated steering wheel was back on the Platinum but he can no longer confirm that. Perhaps members here will have more accurate info!

Removed from Lariat. I was trying to figure out how the hell to heat my steering wheel and found out it had been removed without letting me know. I hate it

My 23 Plat was a first week 23, and I am missing all 4 items. I'm hoping they will be restorable at some point.

I never heard of the heated mirrors were removed. With my Lariat ER with a blend date of tomorrow (January 15), I hope I have my heated mirrors. The mirrors was NOT on my list of deletions when I ordered in November.

I just took delivery of a 2023 pro (build week 12/5) and have the heated mirror button. Not sure if it works but I’ll find out when it’s frosty I guess

I have a 23 Pro with working heated mirrors. I don't think anyone had them deleted...

Yes they removed it from my lariat other too. Also removed motion security detector (alarm if truck is shake/moved with out unlock)

Then it's not worth for me anymore. I cancelled my order and for the deposit and reservation amount back from dealer.

anyone correct me if I’m mistaken but if you have a lariat or platinum - I.E autofold mirrors the feature is actually tied into tho the Rear defrost button and you won’t have anything on the mirror or anywhere that will tell you it’s on or not .

if you have a pro or model that doesn’t have autofold mirrors there will be a physical button and a small warming icon will illuminate in the mirror.

Hmmm I don’t recall seeing any lines through my back glass so I guess mine isn’t heated. I don’t recall seeing any lines. On any trucks though? I don’t really pay attention too close though. Now I’ll look

It is still happening with various components. I did get an updated order confirmation for my Lariat from my dealer and it lists:

• ADVANCED SECURITY PACK REMOVAL
• STEERING WHEEL - HEAT REMOVAL

There is a minimal credit for these two items. They claim due to chip shortage.
