Not sure if this helps at all, but I am using the 4 digit order number given to me by my dealer. I was able to find that specific number on my window sticker on my window sticker under "Item Number. It is also found on my Preview Order under Order Code and my "Contract of Sale" under Stock#Yeah that’s what I’ve been using, last time I tried it said it was invalid.
I'm using the same, and it's a no go, unfortunately. I wonder if it has to do with mine being a converted 2022 order. Not sure if this helps at all, but I am using the 4 digit order number given to me by my dealer. Sorry i didn't realize you were in Canada, I've heard there were issues and Ford had made it near impossible to track there.I'm using the same, and it's a no go, unfortunately. I wonder if it has to do with mine being a converted 2022 order.
The Canadian site has not been responding well with Canadian VIN's the past few days, though I can review VIN's for trucks destined for US sales, weird !!Yeah that’s what I’ve been using, last time I tried it said it was invalid.
Use CAP letters, though it's still failing, yours is one of the VIN's I'm sampling for the MY2023 kick off, keep looking daily eventually it will show, we had a few of these early in the MY2022 seasonI'm using the same, and it's a no go, unfortunately. I wonder if it has to do with mine being a converted 2022 order.

Yeah they even took away the ability to see your reservations in your Ford pass account as well.Sorry i didn't realize you were in Canada, I've heard there were issues and Ford had made it near impossible to track there.
May not be the color. I changed my mind to blue after dining up for the forum, and still on hold. This too shall pass.Must be something with the Red Lightnings…just found out mine is on chip hold at the plant as well.
My dealer reached out to me to let me know.
I went ahead and chatted with Ford support this morning as well. I am still "In Production" (Duh) and my "Estimated Time of Arrival" is still November 16-22. The vehicle is currently located at Ramp 51, Flat Rock, MI. I asked the rep if there was a micro-chip hold on the vehicle and they confired that there was. I also asked for clarification on what exactly "Estimated Time of Arrival" meant and was told it is the estimated date that production will be completed and can be assigned for transit to the dealer. My 2023 XLT SR F150 with 10/23 Blend date is still in Production. According to Ford rep, it is completed and in Chip Hold Status. They could not give a date of shipment, but dealer delivery date is still showing 11/12. Finger crossed it hits that date.
Who will get the FIRST 2023?????

My in production date is also 10/20. I have a Lariat SR.There are 3 of us that have 10/20/2022 In production dates, and I'm going to assume that @Bigdogaz has the same In production date as well. I'm hoping that on Monday or Tuesday of next week we start to see some of us go into a Built status. That should help set expectations on how quickly (or not) our MY23s are moving through the process.

Interesting that they gave you a definition of ETA as when it would leave for the dealer. That contradicts the meaning of the phrase. Of course we all know it is a moving target, but that doesn’t seem to make sense to me. Especially since we mostly all have different ETAs based on delivery location. If it was a departure time they should be mostly the same date, or close to it. But as you said we will see. What we can hope is that they have built in the delay to to the ETA to the dealer.I went ahead and chatted with Ford support this morning as well. Since we are all the first batch of MY23s, it's hard to gauge what will happen but if we look at the last few batches of MY22s, we can see that it's taking about 10 days to go from "In Production" to "Built", so we will see if that holds true for us or if there is a new chip shortage that will truly delay some of us till mid-November.
From everything I've read, it sounds like the dealer can apply the Private Offer any time by going into Smart Vincent and entering the certificate code (which should be the same as your reservation ID).For all of us price protected buyers, does anyone know when the correct pricing will show up anywhere? The window stickers or the reservation website or someplace?
or will we not see anything until we show up at the dealer?
