Estimated delivery is delivery to dealer.
I've got a November 16 - 22 delivery window. I leave for a road trip up to Omaha, NE on the 22nd and it would make my year to be able to take my new truck with me instead of our Volvo. I'm trying not to hype myself up too much because there is a long history of delays but with each step in the process it's starting to feel more real.
Just checked the reservation/order status page and it shows an estimated delivery window. I did not expect to see that! Delivery before Thanksgiving would be awesome for me!
I’m going to lean towards your dealer not knowing what they are talking about. When your vehicle is “built”, it’s been our understanding that the vehicle is ready to ship.
It's FINALLY built...sorta. My dealer says there's now a chip shortage preventing it from shipping- so it's not really complete. No details beyond that.
I'm used to waiting by now, but man - been waiting a year and a half since I put a reservation order in!

Mine popped as built on Friday and shipped yesterday. So don't worry about a hold yet. If next Friday comes and you still haven't changed to shipped check in with Ford support, they will have the best info.

Everyone is losing the heated steering wheel and smart scale sure to the cup shortage. The multi contour are the platinum seats and they are getting changed as well due to chip shortage, at least that's my understanding.Great, thanks. It looks like they removed the scale and heated steering wheel and I'm not sure what the heck multicontour seat removal is?
