Can you remind me what that is? Is that module build data?
This is an archive of the initial program / configuration of your trucks build.
Once they are done, the tear tag code populates.

This data is stored for future reference by your local Ford service tech in the event they need to replace & reprogram defective or damaged parts.

Soon as 3 to 10 days later you may see a built status update and date, the built step is being affected by unavailable parts to finish the truck and call it built, if one is getting spray in liner, etc that also delays when the truck is classified as built and ready for shipping.

Yes, pending a body at the factory accepting the connection request, no one ever accepted my requests until it was being PDI'd at the dealership
Oh so it doesn’t hurt to request it through the app? Just means someone on their end needs to accept it through the truck?

Is that when dealer get the invoice? I am trying to figure out when dealer can see the private offer in Smart VINcent. So if they stay unresponsive in that regard after that, I know I have to worry about them.
I don't know about that, but I have seen the term "Invoiced" on the Ordertrack.app reports, this data reflects the date the factory decided to select the truck for production and issued a window sticker, example from the 12/19 build week.

This is where I am a little confused. If the tear tag means the initial config is done…then why can it get held up for missing part still?

Does not hurt to request, but if someone does accept it, refrain from locking the doors, tooting the horn etc.

Not all parts impacted are programable

I have my window sticker. Based on these dates, most of us in the thread should have been invoiced. Which means my dealer most likely has the invoice already.

Edit: I doubt anything is wrong with Firefox. I just have restrictions on it super tight.
You got it. It was browser (firefox). Got it running on chrome.

I've been hitting my head against the wall with a bad order number when trying to track. I finally found your mention of how to grab it from the window sticker (In the Item# box, the 4 digits after the "-"). NOW I can properly track my build...thanks.
And...to be clear folks, on the "normal" Ford login, my order does NOT show in production, but going to tracking URL, I see it is in production. You need your VIN and this order number which you will not receive in an email. I was using my Reservation ID...that doesn't work.

I am at the end of the line (12/11) so I have no experience on what is suppose to happen, when. I rely on yours.
I got my modules the night of the build and the tear tag the next day

Today is my blend date for my XLT SR with tailgate step only no other options. No updates yet as expected but I'll be checking later tonight and will keep the group updated. ⚡⚡⚡
