Well - OK - I have to take back Wednesday - The CSX line has no status on that car. The NS line says that car made it to IL on April 6. Sounds like maybe it has been there empty and you just got loaded up. Maybe it will start moving in the next day or two.

My visibility report shows that my truck is on a train sitting in Dearborn at ramp 59, but I called the railroad this morning and it's in Chicago, IL. I still don't have estimated shipping date. Just hoping it arrives by the end of the month for my July 4th trip.

We are on the same train! Except I can’t even track my Railcar because it doesn’t exist anywhere lol….The VR also seems to be behind by a day or so, I bet the train is already headed west. Are you on Canadian National Rail too?

Yes, I'm on the Canadian national railways also. I didn't even know that they went down into the US. Did you get a copy of your visibility report? It shows the rail card number on it.

No, I asked Ford Chat for my Railcar # and location. They gave me the same information you just got. Basically, Ford Chat can look at the VR. Canadian Railways will end up moving that container to Union Pacific on its way up to Canada.

Contact your dealer and have them send you an actual copy of your visibility report. Maybe you wrote down the wrong number or see gave you the wrong number when she read it.

Im just going to wait it out. I think they will be arriving the week of the 13th.

I talked to the Reps twice, two different people and took a screenshot of the conversation so I think the number is right. Reading through ICE truck deliveries some go through the same thing where they can’t track. The last time my number was used was March 21st in Colorado lol

BTW, my activation on Ford Pass is still pending, which is good news. Once it is unloaded someone will hit Activate guaranteed.

Yup, I’m honestly more concerned with getting what I paid for from SunRun than where the Truck is at this point. As long as it gets here in one piece.

Did you get the full SunRun setup? I thought about it, but I don't really have outages in Texas very often. I decided to not get it and I already have solar panels.

The upside is you'll either get the EVSE or be eligible to join the class action lawsuit and get rewarded with a $23 Chili's gift card as settlement.

How is it actually working for the chargers? I contacted Sun Run over a month ago and turned down all of their options except the charger and then they told me that Ford would send you the charger directly to me. Then I hear on this forum that's not the case. So I'm not really sure how we get the charger at this point.

The rail car my truck is on moved to Flat Rock, MI from Dearborn. I also received another email this morning from Ford stating that my truck has shipped and my order status also shows shipped. Looks like the system caught up.

Ford Pass activation is still pending.
