Hey guys I posted this in the 5/30 build group where I was originally set for but got pushed up to 5/23. Dealer contacted me 2 days ago and said my truck is awaiting a convoy to be delivered. Holman Ford in Turnersville, NJ

I love how Ford couldn't attempt to build the bulk of the 5/23 trucks until June 2nd, but could pull 5/30 trucks to 5/23.

Not much change on my end.
I reached out to Ford marketing number, and they said it's now 'produced' (earlier this week I was on chat and they said it was "still being produced") and not shipped, waiting for final approval.
I don't know if this is a big change or not; but thought I'd share my news.

My dealer sales associate told me this today: "I'm showing your trucks current location is (Rouge Electric Vehicle Center (revc), MI). It does not show a ETA yet." He also said he would check with the ford rep again to see what the status is of that and their dealer demo unit.

Ford is really dropping the ball on getting the lightning out the the people that reserved and ordered them starting over a year ago.

I'll actually give them a pass on the slow ramp. Benefit of the doubt that the slow down is due to quality issues that they are dealing with internally or supply chain issues. Better they sit on the vehicles than having all of us pissed because of off quality that interrupts or daily lives. My major issue is how they are handling the Pro Charger and the horrible info on status throughout build and delivery. Outsourcing the charger is a failure that is 100% on them. The lack of info is a clear indication that they don't understand Direct to Consumer sales. That they can and must fix over time. Drop SunRun, publish the BiDirectional charging protocols as open source, and let the market take care of developing solutions.

Congrat's keep an eye on the CA tracker, it might pop up in the next day or so.

On the other hand, it might not, this morning during my scans, seen a truck (Michigan delivery) reach final prep's but never showed a SHIPPED or projected delivery date status!!
