My understanding is you can't use X-plan for the pricing of the truck, but X-plan does put a cap on documentation fees.
Correct. I’m $25 under the $200 documentation fee cap so no need to X plan the Lightning. Thank you Texas.

Arrived at the dealership today! @TaxmanHog ETA was previously 9/9-15 but was moved up to 8/26 - 9/1 on Saturday. Surprised to see another Pro on the load. I guess it was headed to a dealer about 60 miles away. Unfortunately mine did have a ding in the door. Also, a "charge & hold" battery test sheet inside on 8/4 shows that it had a cracked windshield at the factory. Happy Days!

There's a chance I get to the dealer this week, but next week is more likely. I'll be checking in with Ford chat on Wednesday to see if I have made it to Kent yet.
So we have had three confirmed deliveries to dealer. @awilli1010 @DJSJOEKS and @merek .

Should be at the dealer this week @Yellow Buddy @FordSeniorMaster @Commercial Sales Ford @Captain337 @krusshall @Ffxdude and maybe @CBayless

Who am I forgetting? This should be a good week. If we can get to 10-12 deliveries total that would be awesome.
Thought I’d pass along an update for @CBayless… My ABM Pro arrived at the dealer here in Jacksonville FL, yesterday. I’m picking it up tomorrow at 2pm. The Ford site showed various delivery windows between 8/16 and 8/29. 8/29 was the winner.

Picked up truck today. No games or gimmicks or ADM or added whatever’s. Good overall experience.
Couple usability items.

The little thumb releases to remove the trim around the trunk to get to the two coolant loop canisters are cheap and not going to last long around ham fisted mechanics like me.

Zone lighting. Takes two clicks before you can turn them on. Why would I want to go to the zone lighting screen and then push an on button then pick the zones. Yes, allow them to be turned on once the screen comes up.

Adaptive steering, lane assistance…is a mystery so far. Works great in the ‘20 Limited Superduty but maybe I’m missing the on on on sequence for the Lightning. See above. I’ll read more.

The lane keeping system is really easy to turn on. You just hit the lane keeping button on the steering wheel. If you don't have adaptive cruise control on, it's just departure warning with aid (depending on what setting you have), if you have the adaptive cruise on, it will do lane centering.

Thanks. The lane centering image pops up on “the big screen” and shows the truck moving left or right but there’s no vibration in the wheel. Maybe the “on” I’m missing is the cruise control. I’ll give that a try tomorrow. Appreciate the guidance. (Asking here is much easier than reading the owners manual!)
